1. Digital Products (PDF Patterns) 

All digital products, including PDF patterns, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for these items.

However, if you experience any issues with the files, including but not limited to:

  • Printing problems
  • File display errors
  • Scaling or formatting issues during printing or production

Please feel free to contact us at any time. We are committed to supporting you and will work with you to:

  • Troubleshoot the issue
  • Improve or correct the pattern files if necessary

If the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support and adjustments, we will then offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Physical Products (Tools, Hardware, etc.)

We accept returns for physical products under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

Return Address

All approved returns should be sent to our return address in China.
(Return address details will be provided after approval.)

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement product (free of charge), or
  • A full refund
  • A return with shipping cost covered by us

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong item ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped

5. Return Shipping

  • For quality issues or seller mistakes: return shipping cost will be covered by us
  • For all other cases: return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (if applicable and approved)
